The Ashtabula County Land Reutilization Corporation
The Ashtabula County Land Bank is a board-driven organization. Board composition is driven by state statute, and our board is listed below, as is our staff.
Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are held the 3rd Thursday of every month at 10am at 25 W. Jefferson St., 2nd Floor Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Old Courthouse, Jefferson, OH 44047.
The annual organizational meeting of the Board of Directors is held on the 3rd Thursday of April each year, preceding the regular meeting at the above location.
*A special meeting is scheduled for May 15th, 2025, at 1:30pm at 25 W. Jefferson St., 2nd Floor Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Old Courthouse, Jefferson, OH 44047. The purpose of this meeting is Authorizing the Execution, Delivery, and Performance of a Special Assessment Agreement, an Energy Project Agreement, an Operating Agreement, and a PACE Guaranty; Ratifying the Petition and Supplemental Plan; and Approving Related Matters (Hayward Redevelopment Project).
