The Ashtabula County Land Reutilization Corporation
The Ashtabula County Land Bank is a board-driven organization. Board composition is driven by state statute, and our board is listed below, as is our staff.
Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are held the 3rd Thursday of every month at 10am at 25 W. Jefferson St., 2nd Floor Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Old Courthouse, Jefferson, OH 44047.
The annual organizational meeting of the Board of Directors is held on the 3rd Thursday of April each year, preceding the regular meeting at the above location.

Jordan started as the Executive Director in January 2026. He has a bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Mary Washington and has over 10 years of experience in grant management and mortgage lending.
