FORECLOSURE PROCESS

We receive many inquiries about properties that are tax-delinquent or going through foreclosure.  The land bank does not have access to properties until they have completed the foreclosure process, including two Sheriff or Auditor Sales, and properties do not “go to” the land bank when they are foreclosed upon.
