As part of the Land Bank's mission, we work to increase the housing stock in Ashtabula County and return vacant properties to productive use. Through grant funding provided by the Welcome Home Ohio Program, and other partners, the Land Bank is excited to share information about three new housing developments. WHO Project - Ashtabula City
