WHO Project Ashtabula City
The Land Bank has partnered with Community Building Partners, LLC, to begin new construction of 7 single family homes in Ashtabula City in the spring of 2026.
With grant funding provided by the Welcome Home Ohio program, the Ashtabula County Land Bank is partnering with Community Building Partners, LLC to construct 7 new prefabricated homes in Ashtabula City.

The project will begin with three 1,300 sq. ft., 2-story homes, each with an attached one-car garage.
