The Ashtabula County Land Bank is moving forward with the development of 34 new construction, single-family, owner-occupied homes with assistance from the Welcome Home Ohio Program. The development will take place on 18 contiguous parcels, including 16 parcels developed as duplexes (totaling 32 units) and two parcels developed as single-family homes (one unit per parcel), for a total of 34 homes. Marous Development Group will serve as the development manager, overseeing construction activities in collaboration with the selected construction firm, Marous Builders. Marous Builders is a relationship-driven construction firm with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, accountability, and on-time project delivery, particularly within residential and multi-family construction. Through its affiliated construction and development entities, the Marous team has completed thousands of residential units across Ohio and several other states.
