The Ashtabula County Land Bank was awarded $900,000 as part of this funding round, and is moving forward with the development of 9 new construction, single-family, owner-occupied homes with assistance from the Welcome Home Ohio Program. The development will take place on 5 contiguous parcels, including 4 parcels developed as duplexes (totaling 8 units) and one parcel developed as a single-family home.
