The Conneaut New Construction Projects is an exciting new infill housing development of 4 affordable, energy efficient single-family homes for low-to-moderate income households with a 5-year owner-occupancy requirement and 30-year affordability period.

The Ashtabula County Land Bank has partnered with the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) to create this first of its kind energy efficient housing development. Located on the site of the former Hayward Avenue Park, the homes will use modern energy efficient materials and household appliances.
